We have Mortgage Docs as a '+25' on our score board. Our score board is a place where we rate/evaluate every principal we have had an opportunity to work for. With them, mortgage Docs, we will work for them for our fee +$25.00. They can take it or leave it.

They keep $100+ and give you $20 - it sounds fair to them.

I get there emails for refis and so far the have all been for auto loan refinances. The packages are about 20 pages and only require 1-2 notarizations. Quick in and out. BUT the require faxbacks of the entire package. Over the two years I've been getting emails have only accepted one--within 5 miles od the house. I've turned down more than that I care to count. More notaries must be saying no to the low fees because for the last two I declined they asked if I would consider meeting the borrower halfway. But for a lower fee than I counted with. I said no.

I took one of those auto loans. I was not doing anything that day and thought since it was right down the street about 2 miles and across from my favorite store, I would do the signing. 10-12 pages to print and they agreed to the updated fee that I requested. The signers were late and then informed me that the seller of the auto was on his way with the title to the car and that I had to sign him as well. So, now my little 15 min signing has turned into1 hr and 15 mins. I called it in and they did not want to pay me anymore (go figure). Now it is 3 months later and no check and no response to emails or phone calls. I have signed for them since my newbie days in 2004 and stopped signing for them when they started offering these loans except this one, my bad. They used to be great, what happened! I see the Mrs of the signers at my favorite local store and she told me that the loan did not go through because they found a better deal at the dealership and they had so many problems with the lender that they chose the dealership route. Maybe this is why no pay. Not my fault but as stated in prior responses, I guess that is what they do? No more for me and I have requested that they do not email me, but they still do!

I started with them about 2004 also, and they were reasonable on fees. Guess they've lost too much business to the newer SS who undercut them.

I've set them to go immediately into junk mail. I don't have to look at their ridiculous "offers".

email back with what you are willing to accept

I always reply with fee and 9 out of 10 times they match it because they can't find anyone else. Simple reply, will accept at XXX.

Please do not reply that I am hurting the business by working for them. They are not going away and I need all the work I can get.
