Mortgage Cpmpanies

Is there any way to sign up directly with mortgage companies to do loan closings or do you always have to go throught the signing companies to get business? Thanks.

Most of our (NSA’s) business comes from Title Companies that contract to mortgage companies/brokers/lenders/banks /real estate brokers to close their real estate loans/sales for them. Many Title Companies use SS particularly on their out of state/out of office closings. But some do come from lenders directly. Feel free to contact as many of them as you wish, as well as any and all Title Companies…it can’t hurt

I have found very profitable to market directly to local mortgage companies. Loan Officer often request my services after signing are turned over to the title companies. This has helped me get approved by many national title companies.

One caveat with local mortgage brokers... make sure they are honest and won't ask you to do something illegal because when you refuse...you are GONE! Been there/done that. Ugly.
