I was contacted by the company below to do a signing in December. I have been chasing them since for payment. I'm now told I have to go to the client to get paid. This is BULLSHIT!

I just realized I forgot to ask your name, for that I apologize. Attached are all the documents you need to complete this signing including the one page word document which is to be notarized with the application. Please fax all documents back to me at 215-434-6222 as soon as everything is completed. The original documents are to be place in the standard mail. Thank you very much for your assistance with this matter and please fax your invoice for the agreed upon fee of $60.00 so I can make sure you get paid in a timely manner.

Looks like this was a structured settlement...

At least that's what I came up with when I Googled the company name.

It is, I was finally paid only AFTER the company attorney got wind I was bad mouthing the company. I was told to go the the client to get paid by the CS rep. He got it both barrels...and a week later I got paid the original amount NO past due 60 days $. The question to ask is a settlement company is "who is responsible to pay me IF the loan does not fund". If they tell you "not them" there is a 50/50 chance you won't get paid.
