Give them a call. They have a monthly form that has to be made out and sent back to them. They will probably e-mail the form to you. They pay on time.

They accept the form by email now. They only pay once a month, but typically pay within 2 weeks after submission of the invoice. If you don't invoice them, you don't get paid.
