Also, be sure that your invoice is on the correct letterhead (National Link vs Service Link) The ones I have used in the past are identical with the exception of the name. If you happen to submit your invoice on the wrong one it may cause delays in payment. It did for me, but they took care of it right away.

New invoicing steps for NationalLink
At the beginning of February, I mailed my billing form for signings done for NationalLink in January, as usual. Used the form received from NationalLink a year or so ago, which shows the address as 400 Corporation Drive, Aliquippa, PA. Three weeks later, I received the unopened envelope, with an attached notice from the USPS, showing the address as 300 Corporate Drive, Suite 300, Moon Township, PA 15108. I called for clarification and was told that the Moon Township address is correct, that a mailed invoice is no longer necessary, but can be used. Rather than mailing, I can fax the invoice to 866-834-7479, or email it to [e-mail address]. Yes, that email address is the same as that for ServiceLink. When I emailed some additional questions and addressed these concerns, I did not receive a reply: (1) Do I use the ServiceLnk form for invoicing NationalLink, or is there a new form? (2) Can I combine ServiceLink and NationalLink signings on one invoce, since both go to the same place? (3) Did I miss something in my instructions, telling me about new billing procedures? (4) Since the invoice does not have to be mailed, should I still expect 21 to 28 days before receiving payment? No response received. If I can just remember, before accepting another assignment from NationalLink, I will state that I will consider accepting only after I get some printed clarification of exactly how they wish to be billed, and when, and where, etc.
