National Real Estate
Some of you may know this already but I learned and confirmed this morning that they pay on a 90 day term with rare exceptions. I dont post here regularly but try to lurk here. Email me if you have any questions that need researching. I will only do that from email and no anonymous emails.

Hey Art, you should post more...
You were a prolific contributor to the defunct Signing Registry forum, and your experience and expertise would be a good addition here. Hope you'll weigh in more often.

I will try to do that. This week is the first slow week Ive had since Oct 1st and Im catching up on house chores, errands and the like.
For a bit of humor I will add (since I also do Insurance inspection work) that at an insurance inspection recently a common question that is asked by most insurers is "Do you have any dogs?" A lady responded to that question, "yes just one, her husband". I was not quick on my feet that day or I might have asked, "does he bite, is he vicious, what's his pedigree etc."
Ive also purchased last July a used cruising sailboat. Oh yes, when I can find the time, I love sailing.

And the obvious question from the coasts is, Where do you go sailing in Kansas?

I've been waiting for over 120 days to get paid even though I closed a loan for them in a timely manner. They always give the excuse that they have computer issues BUT I just received a 1099 from them so their computers can generate a 1099 but not a payment check!!! I'm tired of the excuses and will now take signings from them but never do them and see how they like the poor performance. I know I'll never work for them again, but at this rate, I'm working for FREE!!!

National RE paying on a 90-day term is total bs. As notaries, we complete our signing and I do know that National RE is paid within 10 days of the closing, yet they are holding up our $$$. I have worked for them for many years and there have been times when they didn't pay until I literally begged for my money. I suggest that ALL notaries stop working for them and that would solve this problem.
