I've done several signings with this company over the years. Sure they call a lot but they always seemed professional and I always received payment in 60 days or less.

But what is it lately about their locators being so unprofessional when they call? I just had one call and ask for a signing an hour away. She stated that the husband would sign, but I would have to go back later and get the spouse to sign as well. I told her there was no way I would drive there twice in one day...

At the end of our conversation she got upset and stated "whatever then" and hung up. WTF??

That would equate to two closings - were they offering you a double signing fee?

Said they would work with me on payment, they always say that. I told her I was extremely busy today and they would have to make it worth it. I said in the $700 range
