Nationwide Notary Signing Service DOES NOT PAY
Has anyone ever done a signing for Nationwide Notary in Beverly Hills, CA? I did a notary for them on Oct 19, 2011 and still have not receive payment. They will not give the name or number of the owner or manager and continue say we are still working on it. I spoke with Lawyers Title and they said they paid them Oct 25th and they cash the check Nov 17th. Does anyone have any advice. Please do not use this company. They are thieves!!!

Jennifer, run Forrest run! Doing a notary and closing a loan
might be considered two different actions.

See Msg. #350560. I also found some good ones doing Internet searches for collection letters. I had this same issue with Final Link - I took good notes and made follow-ups after each call to them - that way when I called them the next time, I quoted to them what they had said - after several calls and a letter, they finally paid.
Best of luck.

What's amazing to me is that companies like Lawyer's Title will do business with companies like them that don't pay their notaries. PLEASE make sure to notify title when you have a deadbeat ss that you have to chase down for your fee. I don't mean to go running to the title company every time someone doesn't pay right away, but if you are having to write multiple letters and go to extraordinary efforts to get payment from them for a job that was properly completed, the title co should know.
Better yet, check out Signing Central or other sources in advance and don't accept work from the very chronic non-payers. Sorry you got stiffed!
