Is it a Reverse Mortgage application? These can take longer than the actual signing. Charge accordingly.

Thank you for your response: Yes, I did learn it is for a Reverse Mortgage < after several questions, on my part > Saw only a two star rating though on the "Search" and wondered if anyone out there has had any dealings with them.

I didn't have the opportunity to check the rating - until after speaking with the person that called - as I was with a client when receiving the call from No. American, and found out afterwards of this company's rating. < Only reason for posting was to learn past history with this particular company>
