Northwest Title Agency (Madison, WI office)

Warning to others......I have not received payment for a closing I did in December. They have not returned multiple voicemails or emails. I finally got someone on the phone today who told me that multiple employees who worked on the particular closing I handled are no longer working there, and that there is new person running the company (who does not have a titlemaster.com email account). Shady all around!

Hate to hear this. I've worked with them before with no problems. I also work for another co in St. Louis who uses Northwest (St. Louis branch) as the TC. Usually Wells Fargo loans.

Wow, that is too bad, I did several closings for them, they were great, Good pay, Quick pay. The office I dealt with was in Monona, WI.

Ive done several closings for Northwest and know them all at a personal level.....its funny cause I was just thinking of them the other day and I havent heard from them in a while...I will definitely have to give them a call and see what the scoop is.....

90 DAYS PAST DUE

It has been more than 90 days, and I STILL have NOT been paid by Northwest Title. This is not a misunderstanding; they owe me for my closing services performed in December 2011. They have also stopped returning my emails and phone calls. The lender has already been informed of the situation, and I am in the process of filing complaints with the proper entities in both WI and PA.
