Office Live switching to Office 365 on May 1st

There will be a $6 monthly fee *per user*, and there is a 21-page self-transition guide that looks like quite some work to self-transition. (I just took a quick look at it though.) I just want the website - don't need all the other stuff they offer. Still, I suppose at $36 per year plus the $14.95 yearly website fee is still pretty reasonable for a website. Just not looking forward to the change...

I got the e-mail, too, and haven't a clue why I got it or why I'd care and am terrified I'm missing something really important. What the heck is Office Live?

It's where my website is hosted - through Microsoft.

$6 monthly equals $72 (not $36) per year.....

DOH! You're right - not sure what I was thinking!

$72 per year plus the $15 yearly website fee.
