PAW's magnetic car signs

Does anyone know if someone has taken over PAW's sign business. Someone called me this morning and asked me where I purchased mine, she thought they were so cool. I told her about Paul's passing and said I would inquire to see if anyone has taken this part of his business over. TIA

If no one has taken over his business, they can order from good old Vista however they are higher, price wise. Paw's were very reasonable. I just did a 1daywrap on my vehicle, rear window only. The business gave me a great price...

My Vista have not held up well at all About 3 mos or so. Don't know if sun in FL or not a great product. I do not recommend them.

Re: Vista's signs are junk. They fell apart quickly.

I just checked and mine lasted over two years. (I bought them in 5/09, just recently retired them.) Weather probably has a lot to do with it.

(I hope Sylvia is OK. Sending good thoughts and looking forward to an update...)

If you're on the Vista email list, you get promos on a regular basis and once in a while they'll offer their signs for "free" (i.e. you just pay shipping and endure the many pages of extra offers - which can be skipped over).

My Vista door signs lasted over a year, I think, but I just replaced my car and I'm thinking about re-ordering again. Thanks for bringing up the subject again, Jan. I don't think the Vista ones will look right on my new wheels... Wink

The upside of having the signs on the side of the car, though, is that it makes things a little easier when going through security gates, which I seem to be doing more regularly lately. However, having something on the bumper instead might be more visible and easier for people to read. Guess it just depends on where they are in relation to your vehicle. (Probably six of one, half a dozen of the other...)

Also, I personally like the idea of being able to remove them vs. the wrap on the rear window.

I am doing a rear window perf.

If you keep them long enough, they just peel right off!

I will see if I can get some info tonight...

Sylvia was taken to the hospital again yesterday - I found out last night - am working and can't call right now to see what's up.

If I can get in touch with her tonight I'll try to find out and will post either tonight or tomorrow.

Re: I will see if I can get some info tonight...

I also had Vista's at one point in time. They either flew off or were stolen on different occasions. I like the fact the PAW's were small, classy and effective.

Linda, give Sylvia my best.

Just spoke with Bruce...

He said the website's not doing them any more so I asked him to check with her to see who took that over and let me know....

Sylvia's still in the hospital - shortness of breath, that's it (which in her condition is common) and she's ready to come home but they kept her...

Will let you guys know if I find out any more about the signs.

Just heard from Sylvia

She said there's a link on the home page of Paul's website - if you click on it you can see who made the signs...
