Pacific Document Signing Inc Good or Not

They are located in LA California.

I just received a call from this company and told them I would do the loan for $125 and they agreed which surprised me. The signing is in 3 hours but they sent a contract and I don't like contracts usually.

I looked on Signing Central and saw some negative comments.

Any experience with this company?

Because of the similarity in names, the two companies get mixed up with those who are doing the reporting. The one in Brentwood is the one to stay away from I believe.

Someone correct me if I am wrong - help lucky stay lucky.

LA company is ok, it's the northern Company that I believe is now out of biz due to unpopular demand.

I've done a couple of signings for Pacific Document Signing (not to be confused with Pacific Document Services, which is out of business now, thanks be to the Gods). They're an ok company to work for. They pay my price and while not the quickest payer, they're not the slowest either (think I got paid in about 35 days, iirc).

Last time they called me, they've taken to calling themselves PDS, I think to distinguish themselves from the other no-good soandso with a similar name.

PD"Signing" is okay.

Just be sure to fax back the attached INVOICE to get paid. I would fax back the work order and then wonder where the check went. Once I faxed back their invoices, everything went smoothly. The do a lot of Cash Call.

I did a signing for them on January 24th and I am still waiting to be paid. It's been over 30 days so they are going into my Red Flag folder. If they pay me in the next 5 days I will flag them. If it's later than 5 days from today I won't work for them again.

I have never had any problems with them. I would work for them again.
