I believe they are the Title company that handles Wells Fargo mortgages. Good paperwork. Never had an issue with them.

RELS handles the settlement and title services for Wells Fargo, they also handle the appraisal end for Wells Fargo also. Easy to do and well organized, however all the loan packages I've done for them have been pretty large approx. 140 Pages.

always 75-95 pages. Looking at 3 I have right now, 87,89 &94 pages.
