I placed an order for toner from Ink Technologies and paid for expedited shipping.
They shipped the wrong cartridge. When I asked for a refund they refused to pay for
not only the shipping I paid for but the return shipping!

I did order the correct part. This was totally their error.

I just thought you all might to know.

Use LD Products. I have used them for a while buying 6 different types if ink and lzr. carts. never a problem, price is great, and delivery is reall fast, like one day for you in AZ

Stay as far away from LD Products as you can. In my opinion to say their quality is sub standard is giving them way to much credit. (Use the orange search button)
There are some good companies out there, my personal preference is supermediastore.com. My toner cartridges last so much longer than the ones I've purchased elsewhere and so do the drums. Prices are really good, customer service is, too. Plus, I always receive them in around 3 days.
