This probably belongs on Facebook but
I just finished faxing a multitude of pages required to complete my assignment this evening and then emailing the required party so I could get my bonus $15.00. I received a lovely return email informing me that they realized I would like that fee but that I needed some proof that I was entitled. OMG.... The full moon. I just love it and you know why? I just had two glasses of wine. Good night everyone.

Proof that you're entitled?
Do they need to see a fax confirmation sheet as proof the fax went through?
What more could they want. You did the job so you should get paid as promised.

You are *entitled* to be compensated for services rendered, period. Unless the fax back request was part of the ORIGINAL order, it is an ADDITIONAL service, which warrants an additional fee, for which you EXPECT payment.
