I have an HP, but check out meritline.com! I buy toner for less that 1/4 of what Staples charges.

I have a lexmark t-640 w a 21000 page cart. I refill it,very easy to do, for under 50 bucks. You may want to check into that. I have never had a problem with my refilled carts.....

GreatToners is the best! I just order (3) toners and 1 drum for my brother MFC-8460n 8,000 page yield toner for $58.96-for all 4 with free shipping. Never had a problem.

Another way is to Google your toner and look under Amazon, Biz Rate, shopzilla, ebay to find the best prices.

Go4Supply.com is a good price for my toner. At Office Depot, I pay $90, and Go4Supply, I pay $110 for 5, plus free shipping. THe only catch is: their warehouse department is terrible. They lose orders and I have to call back and write nasty letters, then they send me a second shipment since they lost the first one, and then they both arrive and I have to pay them again. But other than that, the price is fine. I order when I am down to 2 toners to allow time for this mess. (Right now I have 10 toners.)

P.S.

I take the empty used toners to Office Depot and they give me store credit of $2.00 each, and I get a ream of paper, but they only accept 10 toners per month, so I can't let them pile up around the house too much.
