UDX connection with NREIS?
Received a call from UDX in California which I accepted, then received the confirmation from NREIS in Pennsylvania. Anyone aware of a connection between these two. There is a big discrepancy in ratings on SC

Is it possible that UDX is upon hard times and will try to get anyone. Will they pay you, the notary, even if they don't get paid?

The last time I worked for UDX they shorted me $25 on the agreed upon fee.

I think NREIS is shopping their deals through signing services. I've had two from a signing service in Michigan that were NREIS. However, the confirmation was from the signing service not NREIS. At least the SS pays a bit more and within 30 days. Since NREIS can't seem to pay within 90 days I'm sure they're having trouble finding anyone willing to take an assignment. Now, if they would pay us what they're paying the signing services and pay within a reasonable time, they wouldn't have to shop around.

NREIS is paying UDX more than us so they make a small commission. The problem is they owe us so much money that they have to go to the SS. They (NREIS) owed me $865 from Sept to Dec, so I quit taking assignments from them but have taken a few from UDX only to see they were from NREIS. I immediately called UDX and was told that they pay in two weeks regardless if they are paid by NREIS. We will see...
