Vantage Point title

Anyone have any advise on how to get paid by Vantage Point Title. I have an unpaid invoice from last October. My invoices are ignored!

I called 2 weeks ago and talked to them. I gave her all my info as far as dates, fee and borrower. I faxed my invoices. About a week ago, someone else called me to verify everything and said a check would be sent out. Still waiting, but at least she called me back, which is a good sign. Try calling.

I've worked for Vantage Point for years, when the loan funds they pay. Always, have payment in 10 days tops. You are suppose to fax your invoice to them when your signing is done, did you do that?

Yes, I have sent numerous faxed invoices and emails with not response. I have faxed to 866-936-0075 and emailed to [e-mail address].

Invoices need to be emailed to [e-mail address]. I don't know if Belinda is still there because I don't get calls from her anymore...

I think you are right about Belinda either not being there

or has changed positions. As I have not a change with the payment cycles. Sometimes payments are sent from Southern CA and sometimes they are sent to the BOs by accident.

I have rated them poor. They are 120 days past due with me and I wish there was a lower rating than poor!

Never a problem getting paid.

I have been paid by both Clearwater and LA VP Title, always within 15-30 days. I have noticed some irregularities lately, however. One payment was short and I am still waiting on the difference (5 days now) and the other was a double payment! They sent me a corrected check within a day or two, and I destroyed the other. I will note in Signing Central should things go awry.
