need help

This a first for me
I am signing a purchase today for an LLC]
No where one the documents is there a individual's name only ____, LLC
They are requesting buyers ID (such as a drivers license)

How do I handle this?

Authorized party signs as member/manager for the

LLC - hiring party should have the name - or be able to get the name.

Same as a corporate signing - person signs name on behalf of corp/llc - just follow notary laws for your certs for a corporation/entity/capacity situation
