Am I the only NSA who has a limited amount of closings this week, I was told by some Title Cos. that this month should be record breaking - I only have two till Month End. Very disappointing. Tuesday night I got four calls all needing me for 7.00.

Been a decent month for me

and would guess my whole area of Ocean, Monmouth County. If I am busy I know others are too. Burned through a case of Legal and 4 toner drums this month. I am off to staples to pay full price on toner now because my order won't get to me till Monday. Today has been shake toner morning and printing 30 pages at a clip to get everything I can out what I have left.

I am hoping the volume carries over for March.

I'm hit or miss -- none last week; two refi's this week; an anticipated one for next week (I'm in Mercer County and cover parts of neighboring counties)

I'm with Michael...Can't tell ya how many I've had to turn

down for today and tomorrow especially! A number of last minute ones. Also, there have been a number of new companies calling. Unfortunately these new companies are for last minute closings.

I've had 4 and 5 closings a day this week (well not EVERY day), but at least 2 a day the past few weeks.
