A first for me!

I assist with a closing on Thursday evening too late to drop docs for the night. I receive a phone call from the TC Fri am..They want to know the amount of my invoice (its included with docs) as they would like to issue a check right away! Wow! Thats they way it should be!

Claudine - That is exactly the way it is when

TCs fund files. They fund and cut checks to all those who had expenses. So sad to see how the middle man is using the money for 30-60 days before sending it along...and that they get by with it.
