Sign in black. Don't sign "Trustee" after the name. They only have the one-page settlement statement from Title which is confusing to many borrowers. They don't have the 4-page hud. They say they pay the closing costs, and they do, and so the APR usually matches the Note rate exactly. They are Greenlight's competition. A borrower once told me that he lied and told Cash Call that Greenlight offered him a lower rate, and Cash Call beat it. I like cash call. Once you get past the Settlement Statement, it goes smoothly.

Ca. is OK for Blue or Black. You should be OK. I have gotten instructions for Black and have done Blue before... as long as you don't change colors you should be OK. Let us know so we can find out if they are that a Provident in the making........

One time Cash Call sent me back to re-sign because the other notary signed in Blue. That's how I learned about it. I WISH if a company had a preference for ink color, they would have ONE PAGE on top that said "Blue Ink" or "Black Ink". Burying the the description after three pages of "show up on time, dress proffessionally, no white out, smile . . ." it's a waste of time. Just tell me the ink color.
