Citibank

I was advised this morning that Citibank has a new loan application (replacing the old 1003) called the Borrower Questionaire that only requires signature if there are 2 borrowers unless specified they want it signed by a single borrower. This came along after I received the docs for a Citi closing and did nopt see the1003 and called on it.

I've closed 3 Citi this week, including just this morning and there were 3 1003's in each pkg (as usual for them). Nothing different.

isn't the 1003 a mand lender form or is it optional?

I never questioned this until now...interesting....

It depends on the Citibank program

The regular Citibank loans still have the traditional paperwork, including the three copies of the 1003, and a bunch of rights to cancel.

The Citibank HARP SS progam has the borrower questionnaire inside in lieu of a 1003.

They are two entirely different programs, and two entirely different loan packages.
