Convenient Settlement Services "CSS" - North Carolina

I did a double loan signing for Josh at CSS. The agency has not paid. Everytime I call, he actually hangs up on me. Do not do work for them.

Hmmm, received an email last week offering a closing

but it conflicted with another one I had so I declined it. But I guess it was a good thing?

When the SS do not pay timely or never, I recommend taking the SS to Small Claims court as a last resort. First I call the Title company. If that does not work, then Small Claims Court (preferably Judge Judy or the People's Court).
