PACIFIC DOCUMENTS SIGNING

WARNING WARNING WARNING JUST TOOK A SIGNING FROM PAC DOCUMENTS. I RESEARCHED THIS COMPANY AFTER THE SIGNING HAD BEEN COMPLETED. FOUND ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS FROM OTHER NOTARIES AND HERE I AM TO CONFIRM THAT THEY ARE SHADY. ROSA CLAIMED SHE DID KNOW WHO I WAS, SO I GAVE HER THE BORROWERS NAME, SHE CLAIMED SHE COULD NOT FIND THE BORROWER; GAVE HER THE DATE, SHE CLAIM SHE COULD NOT FIND THE SIGNING. SHE INSISTED THAT SHE NEEDED THE LOAN NUMBER; SHE THEN HUNG UP ON ME; I CALLED BACK SHE CLAIMED THE CHECK WAS MAILED OUT YESTERDAY? HOW IS THIS SO WHEN SHE INDICATED THAT SHE HAD NO INFORMATION ABOUT ME, THE BORROWER, OR THE DATE OF THE SIGNING.

ALREADY CALLED THE LENDER

" I RESEARCHED THIS COMPANY AFTER THE SIGNING HAD BEEN COMPLETED"

There was your first mistake... and I bet it's one you won't make again. Not specifically to this company as no experience here, but across the board on ANY new-to-you company hiring you for the first time - that's like closing the barn door after the horse is out.

BTW, please don't type in all caps...it's rough on the eyes and considered shouting - which you probably rightfully were, but the caps could have ended after the warnings.. Smile It's also against the rules here: ("Rules and Guidelines" - top of page.)

II. Netiquette

Do not TYPE IN ALL CAPS. THIS IS CONSIDERED SHOUTING and has been proven more difficult to read than Mixed Case.

Yes, all those caps makes it look like you are bouncing off the walls.

I think Rosa is an underling. If you want results, speak to Emily.

PDS owed me a lot of money, but I did not realize it because I was working so much. I called Rosa and she said she was not getting my invoices. They are big on: if you want to get paid, you must send in the invoice. I know I had been faxing the invoices regluarly, so I asked Rosa to stand by the fax machine RIGHT NOW and I would re-fax all the back invoices. We both watched to make sure the fax went through. Well, her machine picked, but it dropped the fax at the last minute. Then she admitted ther fax machine had been "glitching". Of course I was upset, but I didn't yell. I called back and asked for a higher up person, I think it was Emily. I calmly explained the situation, and she told me to email or fax the invoices to her, which I did. Next thing I know, I got a BIG FAT check in the mail. Since then, I fax to the other number and my checks come in just fine. So if I were you, call Emily, and ask nicely what is going on.

You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

Re: PACIFIC DOCUMENTS SIGNING see below

I have linked this post to the company in SC. Here is what the PRES SAID IN 2010:
My name is Fred Simab and I'm the President of Pacific Document Signing, Inc. located in Los Angeles, California.
Some of the notaries, who are members of Notary Rotary, are confusing us with Pacific Document Services located in Brentwood, California. Due to this confusion, they have been posting negative comments about our company on our Notary Rotary profile.
If there is anyone who has issues or concerns with payment or operations in regards to our company, please contact me directly at 1-800-884-7587 ext. 3201.

Thank you.

Seems to me you should call him directly and tell him yourself what you think. All this information is there for the taking. Research in this line of work is SO important. From the first call, you should find out who you are dealing with. Keep records, so if some one asks for the loan #, esrow #, client name, etc you can provide it.

I have also mixed them up with Pacific Document Services.

A while back, I read that "Pacific Document Signing" does not pay, I realized that my checks had not been showing up. When PDS would call me for a job, I would tell them that they are not paying, so I am not working for them. They said they DO pay and I have them mixed up with Pacific Document Services. That's when I called their accounting department and realized that my faxes were not getting through. Since we sorted out the problem with the fax machine, I have been paid for every job. I am not afraid to take their work.
