I had a closing scheduled yesterday morning. Waited all day for the docs while borrowers fussed with me about where I was and if I were still coming or not. Had to keep calling and emailing my contact to find out where the docs were. Never contacted me back for status of where docs were or if closing postponed/canceled, closing never took place. Would've been nice to at least called me to keep me up to date.

I have come to the belief that sometimes the signing companies are alerted there "might" be a signing and they get busy lining up a notary in advance so they are prepared. The signing company is in the dark until the title company lets them know something. So I don't blame them when waiting for documents. After waiting for documents, checking my email and watching the clock, I've been told at the last minute that the closing was cancelled due to problems with the lender and/ or borrower. Sometimes they close a few days or weeks later, and sometimes I never hear from them again. I take it all with a grain of salt and just stay flexible to be available.

Yes, I did a closing on May 3rd and am still waiting for payment. I think I may have been taken advantage of. When I received the assignment, I tried checking them out, but nothing was there. Took a chance and now I may have been burned. When emailing about payment, just get excuses about when their payroll comes in or some such thing.

There have been other threads about this company. I have only heard people asking about them.....g/b/u......I have not heard of anyone that has done work for them and has gotten paid. There is nothing in Signing Central and there is nothing on the web about this company.

These people called me on Thurs. wanting me to do a closing at SunTrust bank on Friday at 1:00 pm. I told them I had a 12 PM signing the same day and that I could only do it if they were willing to push back the time a couple of hours, He said he could not do that. Next day he called me with a sense of urgency in his voice asking what time could I do it. I gave him a time of 2:30; he said he would call back. I never heard from him. That was a good thing , as it turned out . the 12:00 borrower actually read every word of a 16 page deed of trust and I got a much closer assignment for more money than the SunTrust deal later in the day.

I completed a refi signing on Monday for them. I didnt see them listed on SC but they offered XXX so i decided to give them benefit of doubt. Currently still optimistic.

This is too weird..I did a closing with them on Fri too..A first for me from this company..I tried finding info on them as well..I took a chance too..Lets hope for the best..and when I get paid I will add them to SS.
