Provident - Msg #427589
In reference to posted msg from last Sunday.
It is one week and I did NOT get a call from t/c re improperly signed docs. Hope I'm not breathing a sigh of relief too soon. I can only guess that since BO's are already on file with Provident, her "signature" of initials only above her entire name having been accepted for first mortgage, they went ahead and accepted the refi being signed the same way.
As a side note.....I was told by several t/c gals this week...."if you think this month has been crazy busy, wait til you see August and September". I only work for a select few companies and July was totally jammed....tomorrow I have 6 booked and have turned down at least 4 so I can only imagine what is coming down. Happy days for all of us.

No news is good news. If you haven't heard from them by now, the loan has funded and all is well.
I hope you are right with Aug & Sept. My July was awesome and looking forward to staying busy.

Good!
Glad it worked out. However, I'm not really surprised by the outcome. My observation (and don't take this to the bank!) is that, oddly enough, Provident is not a stickler about the borrower signing their name exactly as it is printed but no matter how they sign, it has to be CONSISTENT!
