Service Link- Wells Fargo
I got a few calls from Service Link. Their schedulers beg me to take assignments. This was a Wells Fargo Loan Package. I asked how many pages, her answer was "I don't know". I read the posting here about Service Link, so what is the the consensus currently with this company. Is billing and payment with the company gotten any better or worse? I am in the Southern CA area. If you are in Southern Cal I would appreciate your thoughts.

Packages have gotten smaller, without so much repetition and numerous version of forms. I've never had any problem getting paid, as long as I follow the instructions and invoice as per the directions. Just this week, I received an email about SL to begin electronic payments via a company called Vendorin. I signed up.

Servicelink is excellent in paying on time. Wells Fargo packages are small the most pages I've handled is 99 and never been a delay in receiving their docs. Been signed on with Servicelink for 3 years handling, Chase, BOA, Citibank, Wells Fargo, and Everbank.

Thanks for all your responses. However, they do call me to take signings at around 9 or 10 pm.

Will accept SL whenever they call. The BoA's do require FAX backs, else routine signings. Never a problem with payment. Staff is great to work with.

Depends on the division of ServiceLink some great, some not
One I asked not to call anymore $60-$70 for e-docs--forget it.
I work for several other divisions of Service Link on a regular, sometimes almost daily basis. There is a learning curve to billing the way they want you to bill, but once you get it figured out (confession: I look it up every time), payments are fair and on time every time.
