Signing Wiz... 90 days on 7/16
Someone tell me why I should not file small claims paperwork with county clerk? I have cc'ed title company (attorney's office) contact at 60 and 75 day request for payments. John keeps saying he has not been paid by the title company (attorney office).
At this point I dont care. I have filled out paperwork and added the court filling fee into the request for judgement and am ready to go.

Did the loan fund? And did they agree to pay if it
didn't? If it did...not only would I go to small claims and name everyone up the chain - I'd file a bar complaint against the attorney .... also file a complaint with the state agency who regulates title companies in Indiana...
Yep I would Yep I would..

***All ducks in roll on that one.***
Scott, ever been to a carnival? Seen one of those shooting gallery booths? You know, the one with the deer running across, the wheel that goes around and around with rabbits on it -- and the row of ducks always swimming across the scene in the background? That's what the saying refers to, "ducks in a row." "Ducks in a roll" brings to mind for me feathers from a mallard's butt protruding out of a Parker House.

Yes, I would file the small claims paperwork. This guy
has been notorious for slow pay--no pay.
