$15-really?
Received an email from Mortgage Docs requesting a loan mod in the area for $15. Ugh! I don't even start my car for less than $35, but then that is just me. Sigh..

I guess you guys got the same message. I have asked them twice to remove me from their list. I sent the message to the land of SPAM hoping to never get another insulting offer like that!

Offer them $15.00 to stop emailing you, give them Hughs' phone #. Have them send a w-9, a copy of their insurance, a signed contract, don't pay them and see how they get a hold of you to collect. Just a thought!

was the $35 part a typo? or were you referring to GNW or Inspections?

They always say, "It's just a few pages".
. . . and because it is just a few pages, it should be less. But these are VERY IMPORTANT pages and they REALLY want to read them (and I don't blame them). Those few pages usually take an hour to sign.

Shame on them. The going rate for loan mods is $50-$75.
It's pathethic that they would have the nerve to offer that.
