2 NSAs
I arrived at a closing early yesterday (I called BO first to see if they were home). We were almost finished with the closing when we heard a knock at the door. The wife says very quietly "I spoke to a different Notary today I was wondering why you were here and not him?" As it turned out..the TC scheduled 2 NSAs.
There were 4 different phone #s to call the BO. I picked one and spoke to the husband. The other NSA choose another number and spoke to the wife. Both had confirmed but with different NSAs and had not spoken to each other..
Thank goodness I got there early..I will get my full fee..I hope the other NSA does too as he traveled quite a distance!
