A printer question

What is the difference between a laser jet and a laser printer? considering buying a new printer with dual tray, and was wondering what the difference is between the two, if any.

A laser is printer is a printer technology made by different manufacturers such as Brother and HP, etc. LaserJet is a model/series of laser printers manufactured by HP (Hewlett Packard).

Barb is right. HP usually denominates its printers as LaserJet or Inkjet to illustrate the difference in technology between laser printers and printers that use ink cartridges.
