A strange thing happened
I went to a signing in a very ritzy guard-gated community. I arrived 15 minutes early and the borrower was outside her home and said we couldn't go into the house as there was a rattlesnake on the front porch. We conducted the signing in front of the house using the concrete that went along the curved stairway leading up to the house as a table. Entire signing took about 20 minutes as borrower read nothing, just signed. Another interesting thing to put in my book when I write it. Snake guy came just before I left and picked up the snake. He will sell it and he is charging the lady $150.00 for picking it up. Hope everyone is having a nice day. Erwin

Hmmm...when you say you got rattled during a closing...

Hey thanks!!! This is a new line of work when loan signings slow down. We have plenty of rattlesnakes here in Arizona.

Snake killing: $150
Good grief. I was quite the snake killer when I lived in the hurricane swamps. I used a hoe or a pistol.

We have them all in FL - can deal with alligator easily
enough - snakes give me the real willies but can be tolerated, except for the water moccasins.
Just look at the size difference between you and them. They move, usually in opposite directions.
