Annoyance - vent

Someone sent me feedback on a newsletter I wrote in 2005-06. I put it in the next newsletter. She has been after me that last year to scrub her name from my site and Google's cache. To my knowledge, I don't have any control over Google's cache.

She now complains that someone has gained control over a credit card and is making large purchases in her name. Good grief. She's put her name all over creation on the 'net.

Lady, once you put your name out there, it's out there.

I hear what you're saying, Brenda. I put information with an office address on the net about 10 years ago, and it's still there even though I'm not. Try to change anything once it's out there--Can't!

While you're at it...

could you bring my credit score up, find Waldo, point me in the direction of Oz, and tell me where the heck Carmen is? And, also, bring world peace.

I always suspected you were the chosen one!

Oh good grief.

She threatened to sic her lawyer on me.

I told her that I knew that her lawyer could help me explain to her that she is barking up the wrong tree.

I told her to
1 send me the email from Google where they said it was my fault
2 to send me a screenshot / link with her name on it--you know, the one you are harassing me about
3 show my email to her lawyer.

She finally agreed that she would get with Lawyer Daggett and have him write Google a letter.

Why doesn't she just use the google links that are available to remove it!!!!

It sounds like you're the one that needs your attorney to

deal with her. ;-)

Thought lawyer Daggett had retired after dealing with Rooster Cogburn in True Grit; is this his grandchild?
