Here is a request for a closing I received today. How can they possibly think they can get reputable notaries to work for what they want to pay. I just don't understand!!!! AND, look what the REQUIRE - three professional references from agencies one has worked for. Now, who would want to give that information to a company who could use it to take away business! Whoever is taking these just doesn't understand how a business works. I have also asked them several times to remove me from their database - but no luck - as yet.


We are a Loan Servicing Agency that provides Notary Closings and a Field Service Support to our clients, and are based out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

We are requesting for a signing to be completed on Tuesday 06/12/2012 10:00am in DUNNELLON, FL 34431. The signing is a refinance for $70 and it will be sent as an e-doc. We require a portion of the loan documents to be faxed back prior to shipment.

If you are interested in completing this signing, please email a confirmation as soon as possible with your contact information. We are committed in providing our clients with superior service as a leading Notary Closing provider. REQUIRED: provide three professional refences of agencies that you have completed closings with in the last ninety days and the result of your background screening completed by an accredited agency.
