I've done one closing for them this year. Payment came in at 41 days. A little slow in my book. It was also a little low IMO.

They are not worth your time. I was one of the commenters and "cheeters, liers, etc." Run as fast as you can. By the way they read this thread because they responded to my comments on them.

I accepted an assignment and then checked NR for reviews. After seeing the bad comments, I called them and asked when, after closing, I could expect payment. I was told that they pay on the 20th of the following month. I told them that I would like to get that in writing before I accepted an assignment from them. Guess what......the assignment was "cancelled." Coincidence? Hmmmm. My suggestion to anyone not familiar with this group is to ask for their payment terms in writing.
