Just when you think you've heard it all
Finished closing this evening and I am stacking up the docs. Borrower says its a good thing the other person didn't come at noon. Oh, was someone else scheduled to come here today I ask? Yes says the borrower and he said he was bringing a ream of legal paper and going to use my printer.

This happen to my brother
He had a signing agent come to his house and said he did not have time to print the doc's and asked my brother to do it. I thought I had heard everything before, but this takes the cake. My brother went ahead and did it. He had an inkjet and the copies were bad, but his refi went through without a problem.

I went to do a signing for these borrowers and what I heard I thought who would ever do that, this is what happened a notarty was assigned to do this signing. Her appointment was at 5 pm. SHE GOT THERE AT 9 PM...9 PM!!!!. She didn't even call to let them know she was going to be late. Well if you think that is alot of nerve you haven't it all yet. When she arrived at their home she brought her PRINTER WITH HER!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT BRING HER PRINTER. The borrower had to help bring it in and take it out to her car when she finished.
Well I don't know what happened but I had to go out to their place and re-do the signing all over again. On my order their was a note from title that said "DO NOT USE THIS NOTARY __________!
I could not believe my ears when they told me what had happened..
Now this does take the cake!!!!
