Is shopping for a newb in MN. Wants tonight, docs ready, he didn't want to quote a fee, so I gave him mine. I was just walking in to my office when the phone rang and was fortunate to be able check Sign Central while he was still on the line! Deserves -1 star for treatment of notaries. Refused on the spot and told him why. THEN he had the audacity to call back to argue about it.
