Loan Processing Ctr/National Loan Closer

Has anyone worked with they above companies? Received any email from that asking me to signup & I see they are on the list "Sigining Central", but I'm not feeling good about a company wanting the following information:

These required documents include: W9, Proof of Notary (attorney) and Drivers License

Please advise

Lots of information about this company. go to the orange search button and look them up. also, if you want to get paid, you have to send them a w9. Send a copy of commission for proof of being a notary and if you aren't comfortable sending your DL as is, block out the number. This is normal stuff that a good majority of companies want for their files.

They both have very bad reviews in SC. Why even bother? I would delete those email as soon as I saw the reviews.

Use an EIN not a W9 with your SS#

An EIN is used in place of your social security number. You can get the form online through the IRS website, or via telephone. Regarding the DL: I have copied my DL and have redacted my DL#, my street address and birth date on the copy. I have scanned the redacted copyp and this is the copy that companies get when they "absolutely" need to have a copy of my DL. They don't need to have that information IMHO.

Loan Processing Center LPC dock pay if you dont generate an invoice right after the signing. Most times they call you within 30 mins of the signing asking if it complete and then they close it out which docks you $5. On top of that they are low paying. Also you cant contact the BO to confirm or if you get lost or running behind.

They only want to pay between $70-90 BUT they get paid about $200 per signing. So take at your own risk!
