Re: New company directclosers

I wouldn't consider it advertising. She is sharing her opinions and experience with them. (unless she is with directclosers?)

Re: I feel they are both advertising

so sharing good experiences is advertising? I don't know. I know I personally like hearing peoples good or bad experiences with companies or directories.

Re: Both are directories... clear now?

I never said it wasn't a directory. I said I like hearing the good and the bad about companies and directories. Clear now?

And I don't feel it is advertising, considering she stated how much the training course helped her vs, the one on NNA.

I have past conversations linked for you. I think the jury

is still out. There are favorable comments and better explanations:

And, todays thread. They are listed in Signing Central with 4 ratings comments - all in May 2012. So far, so good - the raves are there.

I hope that what they do to entice one will extend and not just be the initial come on. Time will tell, the jury is still out.

Direct Closers Is A Database.....

not a hiring title company. And the original poster who posted about them should have known that. You can go on the website and see it. And I'm pretty much guessing that the feedback here on notary rotary for this company is very much fake. Don't believe that this brand new database company could have all these five star ratings in a months time.

Re: New company directclosers

Yes, it's advertising. How can there be any question?

And what is this about?
***This company deals directly with the Title companies cutting out the middleman
signing companies that we all have been dealing with.***

So, lessee...first there's the lender. Then there's the title company. Then there's the signing company. Now, though...first there's the lender. Then there's the title company. Then there's Direct Closers. Uhhhh...That sequence sure does look familiar.

Methinks that a signing company by any other name is still a signing company.

Re: New company directclosers

They are a directory (same as here, numbers and coffee). I emailed them the other day and asked some questions. Title companies call you directly and pay you directly, they just get your name from their site.
