My first "golden words"

I was on my way to a RM when I get a call for a refi for Mon.. When I told the scheduler my fee, he said I must have "golden words". I just let it slide and drove to the RM. Well, lo and behold, as I was coming home from the RM, he calls and asks again. I remind him that he had called me previously and that I am the one with golden words. He said it had been a long day. I did tell him that I guess my words are golden in that I had just closed a RM for $250 and that there are those companies that pay for golden words. I told him good luck.

"Golden" indeed. I haven't seen a $250 signing in several years. Going rate here for RM's is $125.

Used to be $250 just for the RM application directly from the lender and before the SS's got a hold of the accounts.

I always get $150 - $175 for RM, and sometimes more. Must have "golden words".

You have a TPL. I am sure that counts for something.
