N3 notary out of portland oregon
I have done several jobs for this company. Not only do they not pay well they are very rude and unprofessional. They sent me on a job to pick up medical records and their client had not paid the drs office the fee. When the drs office refused to let me pick up the records without their fee being paid I called N3 notary and they suggested I should pay the drs office out of my own pocket which was 3 times more than I was being paid for the job. I had to go back to a job because they screwed it up. I asked before I went back out if I was going to be paid. I was told I was. Now 30 days later they are saying they are not paying me. They are rude and treat their contractors with no respect. I also happen to know that they charged one client $97 for a notary on a will. I did the notary and was paid $20 for the job. I know this because the client called my company before they called n3.

You could have saved yourself a lot of grief if you had
checked Signing Central first. They are listed with only 1-1/2 stars, which indicates a bad co. Also, comments are mostly 1 star, again nothing favorable about them. In the future try to use SC to check out cos. before you get burned. It's one of the greatest features of this site, and why many of us post comments about cos. I didn't know to do that when I was starting out. We've all had to learn some hard lessons along the way, but try to avoid getting stuck by checking out the cos. first. Good luck. :-)

Re: You could have saved yourself a lot of grief if you had
I told them to take me out of their database. They always call me with $20 signings. The last one was one that they wanted me to pick up documents from one place (pay the place $15.00 to pick up the docs) which they said they would reimburse me for, then deliver them to someone else. All for $20.00 PLUS THE $15.00 THEY WOULD REIMBURSE...Someone from there office called back, (I guess they don't keep good notes) and asked me again and mentioned that I was to serve someone...WTH??? This company is TERR_I_BLE!!!!

Lessee, now...
1. You have taken not one, not two, but "several" jobs from a company that you knew: A. Did not pay very well; B. Was rude; and C. Was unprofessional.
2. You accepted a notarization assignment for $20. No, I didn't leave a zero off: That's actually <<<$20>>>.
Now you are on NotRot complaining that the company is not going to pay you.
Are you expecting sympathy? Support? Shoulders to cry on? Advice on how to collect your $20? Again, that's not a misprint; it was actually <<<$20>>>.
Sorry to be so harsh, but the sooner you, and those who engage in similar approaches to this business, decide that being an NP/NSA is not for you and find a job at a Taco Bell, the happier I will be. I daresay many of my NSA colleagues share those sentiments.
