NATIONS DIRECT = LOWBALL, HAND-HOLDING, UNPROFESSIONAL

I've told this outfit to take me out of their database many times. Yet they still call because they want a top quality closer but want pay very low. They expect a 400 page CEMA executed and faxed back for their low ball fee. They don't need the faxbacks for funding, they need them to check your work. Over 3000 signings completed and they want to check my work.

I AM DONE WITH NATIONS DIRECT!

WHEN THEY CALL YOU, SAY, NO THANKS AND HANG UP!!!

They claim they can not take you out of the database. I have asked them many times to remove my name.
They recently picked up the Genuine Title account. Not much better than the old SS Genuine used. The infamous Safir Signings aka Kosty.
I truly do not understand why people work with lowballers like ND. They pay $60 for edocs!!!!!!!
Faxbacks required too. The fees they offer are pitiful and insulting. Schedulers who usually sound like a 12 year old always say "I will see if I can get that fee approved" when I quote my fee. LOL.....needless to say it never "gets approved".

Genuines packages are 130-150 pages.

Why in the hell is anyone closing these so for so little money???
May as well go to work at WalMart, at least they would not make you call when you get out of the shower,call when you are dressed, call when you pick up your car keys, call when you start the car, call after you back out of the driveway, call when you get a red light on the way, call when it turns green, call when you get in the parking lot, call when you get out of the car, call when you are getting ready to punch the time clock......

After you hang up, save the number to your contact list, label it "deadbeat", "lowballer", "do not answer" or whatever name you choose and assign it a *silent* ring or a "no ring"....so you don't hear the phone ring and it will eventually go to voicemail.

My new phone has a great feature within a saved contact. There's a box I can check that says: Incoming calls - Send calls directly to voicemail. That feature is a godsend to ward off telemarketers, bill collectors and freeloading relatives (always borrowing and never repaying).

My phone has an "Add to Blacklist" feature.

I get calls multiple times a day from "Sarah," an automated voice. She wants me to complete a political survey. Sarah promises me a free cruise if I do. One can only use so many free cruises. Sarah calls me from Washington and Oregon. I blacklist her number each time. At first I just hung up and Sarah's calls came in droves. Now, only the newest number reaches me--about once a day.

My beloved phone is an Android. I have Ice Cream Sandwich OS (or, maybe the latest Gingerbread OS).

I look at the list of calls in the call log and hold my finger down on the offender's number. A list pops up that has in it a choice to "Add to Blacklist." I select it and no more calls from that number in my voice mail or interrupting my day.

Bye-bye Sarah!

Sarah... Darn, she calls me all the time also. I thought

that she was really into chubby, older guys who look like Brad Pitt.
Now, it apprears that she even calls chicks.
At least I'm not as bad a Hugh, who , I understand, fantacizes about the silouette lady on
truck mud flaps.

I have also asked them to take me off of their list several times and yet they call everyday. I had a manager call me to ask why I wanted off the list, I told them that I have closed over 10,000 loans and I did not need a babysitter. I did not appreciate 9 calls in a 2 hour time period. She said I was unprofessional and hung up on me.
