Name affidavit mishap

I rarely post here but I had to share this with you guys.

I had a borrower yesterday who had an incorrect name on the lender name aff. I told her she could write "Never known as" on the sig line for that specific name. I starting looking through some other papers while she was writing it. She handed me the aff and she wrote "Never none ass". I just pretended I didn't see it.
