Was doing a purchase signing yesterday and it was awful. Spent a lot of time with the load officer . Heres the major mistakes.

The truth in lending disclosure showd her monthly payment close to $12000.00 a month

In the Hud section 303 it shows her having to pay close to $7000.00.

The loan was for only $180,000.00

I saw a loan pkg several years ago where the monthly payment WAS $12,000, but the loan amount certainly wasn't $180,000!

Sounds like some decimal points got lost - or something...
