As if there aren't enough companies named Precision out there, I took a job for one that I didn't see in Signing Central, took a chance on them, and now looks like I may be getting burned. They had me do a refi and its been over a month now, its my oldest receiveable, and when I emailed them about it, I got the tired excuse,
I apologize for the wait. The client did not process my invoices in a timely manner. 1st month of business with them. They are being addressed ASAP. I will advise you the moment they release funds to me . I will advise the moment the funds are available and enroute to you. Thank you for your patience and understanding
Another company who doesn't get that my agreement was with them, not their title company.

That is a good idea - I know a few have asked about them
recently. It may be too late for them, but you could be alerting others.
Another reason to also search the forum as well.
Sorry this is happening to you. Without accurate info sometimes we just take a chance. Of course, one might say we are always taking a chance extending credit. I hope this is just slow for you. Who is the lender? Notify them of non-payment see what they have to say.

Same thing happened here. I took a chance because I could not find anything on Signing Central. In seven years of doing this work I have never been stiffed. But now it looks that way. 70+ days and no payment.

I did a signing for them as well - May 29th. I did receive payment as of today. Tho owner did answer all my calls and emails throughout the wait and did apologize for the delay in payment. You should give him a call and discuss as he has had some issues and all payments should have been sent by now. So if you haven't gotten yours, please contact him directly.
