I've worked for them for quite some time. They pay in 30 days. They are good about using the same notary for the application and the closing.

I just cancelled an assignment with them.. agent was rude and wanted me to cross things off and hand write my name in there... when I told her I was only there to notarize the doc's she was annoyed.... they expected me to act like a closing attorney.. not a notary.. best thing I ever did was cancel this assignment.

Josie, was it the application? I'm doing one for them tomorrow & looking forward to having them as a new client. The application process is a whole different animal than the mortgage. As long as your client is advising & you're there already, that seems to be pretty straightforward.
