Has anyone heard of Maxim Escrow out in El Segundo California? they are not on the Signing Central list.

Personally, I have never dealt with Maxim. However, I did Google it for you and came up with some very negative reviews from the Borrowers' perspective. See link below. If they treat the borrowers poorly, can you image how the interface with everyone else in the process, including the last-person-in-the-totem-pole-NSA??!!??
