Slow Business/NO Business....

Just checking to see if everyone else seems to be really slow? For the past two weeks it's like NO ONE is calling..... I have not had any complaints from any of the companies that I do business with.

Could be a few reasons, biggest factor is rates dropped to lowest levels and will take 30 days or longer to run those apps through. Home values are another, still dropping in my area, people who had a loan ready to go have to put up cash if that close.

I am seeing more under contract signs this month on homes up for sale so that is a good sign.

Yeah, what ME/NJ said

The rates dipped and lender's pipelines filled up and are moving slower than norm. You should see things start to pick up next week and get ready for a crazy EOM Smile

I actually closed a 2.9% today....my May was sooo slow....this month is kicking my ass...three a day for the rest of week and then blocked Friday to Sunday...heading to our cabin (aka campground) in N Jersey for a much-needed break
